You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (the day you subscribed).
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You can use the form below - it is sufficient but not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
Because you asked us to start the service immediately, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing. The rest is refunded.
